Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy covers the games made by Acloe Technology Ventures ("we"), including Coronet and Branchline. It explains what the games collect, why, and how you can delete it. Questions: write to the developer email on the game's Google Play or App Store page.
What we collect
- A player account. When you first open one of our games it creates an anonymous account (a random ID) so your scores can appear on leaderboards. No sign-in, name or email is needed.
- Your leaderboard name and scores. A player name (chosen at random) and your best result on each leaderboard. These are shown publicly in the games.
- Usage data. Anonymous events such as which screens you open, which puzzles or levels you start and finish, and how long you play, linked to your random player ID but not to any name or email. We use them to fix problems and improve the games. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data.
- Ad information. Our games offer optional video ads that you choose to watch in return for a hint, an extra life, or coins. They are provided by Google AdMob, which collects device information such as your advertising ID, IP address and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads and prevent fraud (see Google's privacy policy). Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your system settings.
Your game progress (levels, stars, streaks, coins, unlocked themes and settings) is stored on your device only.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your account details, scores or usage data.
- We never show ads you didn't ask for: video ads play only when you choose to watch one.
- We don't access your contacts, photos, location or microphone.
How we protect it
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The servers that store accounts, scores and usage data are run by us or by a hosting provider on our behalf, only to run the games. Google, as our ad provider, handles ad information under its own policies.
How long we keep it
Your account, name, scores and usage data are kept until you delete your account.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in a game: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, leaderboard name, scores and usage data. You can also ask us to do it; see Delete your account. Uninstalling a game removes the progress stored on your device.
Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it's used. Write to the developer email on the game's store page and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
